Summertime Palm Civiche

A refreshing, summertime snack perfect by the pool

Let's Make

You'll Need

* Order by Dec 15th to get in time for Christmas *

1 14oz can hearts of palm
¾ cup diced tomatoes
½ large cucumber
1/3 red onion handful fresh parsley OR cilantro
1/2 cup canned black beans
juice of 2 limes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Prep time: 10 min
Serves: 2-4

Cook time: 20 min
Difficulty: Easy

Chop hearts of palm, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion into bite sized pieces and place into a large bowl. Mince fresh herbs and add to bowl


Add beans, lime juice and olive oil to bowl and mix. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top and marinate in fridge for 20 minutes

Serve with tortilla chips or just eat it on the go!
